Meet Olivia, your one-stop contact for all stages of Dare to Do More!

Olivia will help you complete your online registration and answer any questions you might have now or going forward. You can register as solo (individual) or a team of two members.

After successful registration, if all members of your team meet the eligibility criteria, a link to an individual online assessment will be shared with each team member, where we will put your leadership & working style to test.

THE BIG IDEA

STAGE 2

THE BIG IDEA

The top 100 teams of each country will be invited to submit a brief 3-5 slides PowerPoint presentation or a 90s video submission.

Help PepsiCo be “Faster, Stronger, Better” with your big idea that accelerates our efforts in sustainability and reduces our carbon footprint.

Your idea can help improve sustainability for PepsiCo in any of the following categories: water, agriculture, or waste management.

The submission should be short, creative, & answer these questions:

  1. What is the focus area of your idea?
  2. What inspired you to pick this focus area & this idea?
  3. What is your strategy for this idea?
  4. What makes this idea game changing?

COUNTRY FINALS

STAGE 3

COUNTRY FINALS

The top 10 teams of teach participating country will present their ideas to PepsiCo’s leadership team at the Country Headquarters. The presentation should be a ppt or pdf of maximum10 slides.

Your detailed presentation should entail:

  1. What is your idea?
  2. How do you plan to execute it?
  3. What is the investment you’re seeking & what’s the financial plan for the idea?
  4. What does your marketing plan look like?
  5. Who is your target audience?
  6. What risks do you see in your idea?
  7. Why will your idea continue to stay successful in the long term?
  8. What is your projected return on investment for this idea?

Country Winning Team will be selected and offered a Management Training Opportunity or Internship (as applicable) as the “best idea” of the country.

SECTOR FINALS

STAGE 4

SECTOR FINALS

At this stage, the Country Winning teams will travel to Dubai to pitch their ideas to the PepsiCo sector leadership team who will assess each team on:

  1. Feasibility and Sustainability of the Idea.
  2. Articulation and Presentation.
  3. Quality and Construct of the Business Plan.
  4. Innovation of the Idea.

SECTOR WINNING TEAM

In addition to the Management Training Opportunity or Internship, as applicable, the Sector Winning team will also win a trip to PepsiCo’s Global Headquarter in New York & will be provided with an opportunity to experience a dynamic work environment at our Dubai Headquarters over a 3-month period.
